IS EVERYTHING ON YOUR SITE HANDMADE?
- Yes, I (Heidi) make everything from my home studio by hand (and sewing machine)
CAN I TRY THINGS ON BEFORE PURCHASING?
- If you are local, and would like to try items on before purchasing, please contact me to set up an appointment. My email is heidi@heidiandseek.ca
DO YOU MAKE PLUS SIZES?
- I make Ready to Ship items in sizes XS-3X, for any other sizes, please order from the Custom Order and provide your measurements.
DO YOU MAKE KIDS CLOTHES?
- I do not, my passion is making clothing for women.
HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
- I accept returns on Ready to Ship items until 30 days from purchase, with the exemption of sale items.
- If you have ordered a custom piece and there is an issue, please reach out to me here.
- Return items must be in original condition and must not have signs of wear or use. Return shipping is covered by the customer

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PURCHASE TO ARRIVE?
- Accessories and art are ready to ship, they will be sent out the day of purchase or next day.
- Clothing items are usually made to order, standard creation time is 3-4 days while shipping is 1-2 weeks (in Canada) and longer for other countries (please see shipping details when purchasing).
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
- Yes - if you are local please select this option upon checkout to avoid shipping costs
